When you book your taxi with the telephonist simply ask for callback. When you hear your phone ring twice your taxi is outside. No need to pick up the phone, just your keys and coat.

With more and more delegates arriving for conferences by air rather than struggle on our ever increasing clogged roads. We at Price First Taxis have arranged a Cabshare system for conference delegates.
All we ask of you, the delegate, is to pre-book your journey from Exeter airport with our office, any time up to 3 days prior to your arrival.
We will then combine your booking with anyone else arriving on the same flight or within a short space of time on another flight. Depending on the number of passengers, we could get the cost down to the following prices:-

Cabshare charges:-
2 passengers - £20.00 each.
3 passengers - £15.00 each.
4 passengers - £11.00 each.
5 passengers - £10.00 each.
6 passengers - £9.00 each.
7 passengers - £8.00 each.
8 passengers - £7.00 each.

Exact cost per delegate will not be known until you arrive at Exeter airport. We can plan everything in advance but we are reliant on the flights arriving on time. Any early or late arrivals may cause us to alter our arrangements as we do not want to keep anyone waiting at Exeter for an unduly long period of time.

The Cabshare system can also be arranged for return journeys to Exeter airport after the conference.

We accept bookings by phone, fax or email. All receive a confirmation reply. For journeys going to the airport, we need to know; How many people (adults and children). The pick up address and any other pick up points. The airport and terminal. Your check in time (not flight time).
For journeys returning from the airport, we need to know;
The airport and terminal.Your flight number and carrier (BA, Easy jet, Virgin, etc.).Your country of origin.
Flight arrival time (not when your flight leaves). Contact name. Your return address and any other drop offs.
We will monitor your incoming flight and arrange for your taxi to be at the airport at the correct time.

Bookings can be paid by all major credit cards either to the driver, visiting our office, or by phone. Don't forget that saloon cars have limited boot space. If you have extra or large suitcases you might consider an estate car.

Drivers required urgently. We are growing all the time and find that we can't get drivers quick enough.
