We have accounts with many of the businesses in and around Torbay. From multi-national companies with different departments and cost centres to local businesses with 2 or 3 staff. Your staff can have different levels of access through password or P.I.N.
We supply 7 and 14 day accounts or if you prefer 30 day accounts, whatever suits your needs. All invoices at the end of your chosen period will give you a complete breakdown of taxis used throughout this period.

Personal Accounts Welcome

We seem to get a lot of enquiries regarding personal accounts and where as other companies just say no, we have come up with a solution that seems to be very popular with our regular customers.
If you feel that a personal account would be of real benefit to you, all we require is that you open up a line of credit with us.

After discussing your needs with you, we will decide on the amount needed to open the account. Weekly updates will be sent to you informing you of how much credit remains in your account along with a full breakdown of taxis you have used throughout the previous week; we could send this via post or email. If you notice that your line of credit is becoming low then you may top it up if you wish. You could make the payment via Bacs transfers, credit or debit card payments over the phone or you could just bring the payment into the office.

We do have customers who have preferred to setup standing orders each month for a fixed amount, this way they find it is easier to stick to a budget. If the funds in your account have been exhausted before the next payment has arrived, the account will just be placed on hold until the next payment is received, this will mean that you will not spend more than you intended, and you can stick to your budget. You could always change the amount of credit at any time if you so wished. We will always keep you up to date with the state of your account.
